Who we are

This website is run by Aira Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 11475919). Our facility is at 61 Wedgwood Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX26 4UL. We are the controller of the personal information described here. For anything to do with your data, email enquiries@airatechnology.com.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you email or phone us, we keep your name, contact details, company and whatever you tell us about your enquiry.

When you browse the site. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device and browser they use, and how they arrived. Google Analytics only sets cookies if you accept them on our cookie banner. We do not use it to identify you.

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs, including IP addresses, to run the site securely.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to run that work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it, but only if you accept analytics cookies. The legal basis is your consent.
• To keep the site secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We only share personal information with the providers who help us run the business: our website host (GoDaddy), Google (analytics) and our email provider. Some of these may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and then for no more than two years unless we have a legal reason to keep them longer. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets cookies with names beginning _ga. If you reject them, none are set and the site works just the same. We remember your choice for six months. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Email enquiries@airatechnology.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

We will update this page if anything changes.
